Dining at Salina Presbyterian Manor

Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America’s philosophy of resident-centered senior living has transformed the dining experience to a modern, restaurant-like atmosphere. Attractively-presented food can have positive impact, and we are offering foods and services that are traditionally found in restaurants.

Ordering from a menu allows flexibility in food choices made by the residents. Independent living and assisted living residents eat in the Ivory Keys Cafe.

Gracious Dining philosophy

Our Gracious Dining philosophy includes consistent, high standards in meal delivery, food choices and presentation, customer service, table decorations and, of course, taste and nutrition.

Our Dining Services Director has a masters degree in nutrition and is both a registered dietician and a licensed dietician in the state of Kansas. She oversees a staff with a wide variety of food service experiences and backgrounds.
