Staff spotlight: Matt Bachofer

Matt Bachofer, maintenance technician, has been sprucing up our community for the past three years. On a daily basis, he can be found painting and patching rooms to get them ready for new residents, painting and patching throughout the entire building, cleaning and maintaining the sit-to-stand lifts, and checking and removing any and all biohazard materials.

“I enjoy working for Presbyterian Manor because it’s a professional and family-like environment, and it’s always good to see the smile on the faces of the people I help,” said Matt.

When he’s not on the clock, Matt enjoys spending time outside tending to his garden, riding bikes, taking walks or just watching Netflix.

Matt’s skills for helping others runs in his family. His dad is a plumber/pipe fitter superintendent for MSI Inc., and his mom is a paraprofessional during the school year and is a camp lifeguard over the summer. His sister is an undiscovered singer/songwriter.
