At Salina Presbyterian Manor, service starts at the top. Our mission is to provide quality services guided by Christian values, and each of us promises to live out this mission every day.

Melissa Brumbaugh

Executive Director
Melissa comes to Salina Presbyterian Manor with lots of experience in both senior living and business and healthcare administration. She received her Kansas Adult Care Home Administrator license in 2008 and became Administrator of the Bethany Homes Association in Lindsborg, Kan. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration form Kansas State University.

Amanda Randolph

Director of Sales & Marketing
Amanda joined Presbyterian Manor in November 2023, with years of experience in sales and marketing working with older adults. She previously worked in home care and has experience in real estate, helping people find their dream home. She serves on several boards in Central Kansas including the Sunflower Adult Day Services Board and the Board for Punchin' Out Parkinson's of Central Kansas. She's also a certified Rock Steady Boxing Coach. Amanda is a devoted wife and mother of five. When not working you can find her and her husband cheering their children on in their various activities and hobbies.

Amanda Dean

Director of Nursing
Amanda Dean, RN, was named director of nursing in September 2021, but she’s not a new face at Salina Presbyterian Manor. Amanda has been on staff since 2011, and was a certified nurse aide and medication aide at the campus from 2008 to 2010. Since returning to Presbyterian Manor, she has worked in direct resident care as well as medical records coordinator and served as the Medicare case manager. She has an associate’s degree in nursing and is a registered nurse.

Lacey Hasker

Assisted Living Director
Lacey is very familiar with Salina Presbyterian Manor, having worked here from 2014-2021. She returned in July 2022 and became the Assisted Living Director in January 2023. Lacey is an LPN and is certified in CPR, First Aid, and has worked as a CNA. She credits support from her coworkers at the manor for helping her meet her goals. Her next goal is to go back to school for her RN degree. Outside work, Lacey enjoys making new memories with her kids, gardening, and baking.

Tammy Lockhart

Human Resource Director
Tammy joined Salina Presbyterian Manor in February 2022. Her previous HR experience began in 2006 as an HR Generalist in Decatur, Tennessee and over the years was promoted to HR Manager. Tammy received her Associates of Applied Science in Business Management in 2017. She continued her education in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resource Management until her move back to Kansas in July of 2020.

Afton Buhrle

Business Office Director
Afton joined Presbyterian Manor in May 2022 to become the new business office director. She has experience being an office manager and working with accounts payable. She's originally from Elkhart, Kansas and earned her Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting from Bethany College in Lindsborg. Afton says she likes that she's in a position to help residents.

Dave Parker

Chaplain
Dave joined Salina Presbyterian Manor in July 2022, his first chaplain position. After spending decades working in the financial industry, Dave retired late in 2021 with the hope that God would lead him to full-time ministry opportunity. He's also a co-vocational pastor with First Southern Baptist Church in Abilene. Dave has a Master of Divinity and a Bachelor of Science in Management and Ethics. He loves to coach, most recently soccer. He currently coaches several youth teams and has also officiated competitively. Dave also like singing, playing the guitar and piano and enjoys a good game of chess.

Jeni Blair

Life Enrichment Director
Jeni joined Presbyterian Manor in September 2022 bringing experience organizing events and field trips from her time at the Hutchinson School District. Jeni also has experience in marketing and sales, media and digital marketing. She enjoys volunteering for several different organizations around Kansas, from the Smoky Hill River Festival to "Taste of Home" and as a Salina Chamber Ambassador.
