Christian Gilbert

Executive Director
Christian was named Presbyterian Manor’s executive director in June 2020. He previously was executive director at Clay Center Presbyterian Manor. He started his career in planning and executing activities for residents before becoming a certified nurse aide. From there, he entered the Administrator-In-Training program in the Overland Park area and has served as an assistant administrator and administrator for a Colorado-based senior living community system. Christian graduated from Washburn University with a Bachelor in History and completed his Master’s in Healthcare Administration from the University of Cincinnati in 2018. Christian participated in LeadingAge Kansas’ Center for Leadership in 2019.

Cathy Boos

Marketing and Sales Director
Cathy Boos assumed the role of sales and marketing director at the end of November 2020. Cathy was most recently the administrative assistant at Salina Presbyterian Manor. She previously worked as the life enrichment director, but left for a position with the Catholic Diocese of Salina. Before joining the Presbyterian Manor staff, she worked in marketing and sales for a short-term rehabilitation center and was a donor recruitment representative for the American Red Cross for Western Kansas. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from Fort Hays State University and is a certified nurse assistant, activity director and has a CPR certification. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Psi, a business fraternity, and serves on the board of directors for Sunflower Adult Day Services in Salina and Catholic Charities of Northern Kansas.

Amanda Dean

Director of Nursing
Amanda Dean, RN, was named director of nursing in September 2021, but she’s not a new face at Salina Presbyterian Manor. Amanda has been on staff since 2011, and was a certified nurse aide and medication aide at the campus from 2008 to 2010. Since returning to Presbyterian Manor, she has worked in direct resident care as well as medical records coordinator and served as the Medicare case manager. She has an associate’s degree in nursing and is a registered nurse.

Amy Thompson

Assisted Living Director
Amy joined Presbyterian Manor in June of 2017 as assisted living director. Prior to Presbyterian Manor, Amy worked as a registered nurse case manager for Brookdale Home Health. She has also worked as OSHA director at COMCARE and nurse technician at Salina Regional Health Center. Amy received her associates of science degree in nursing at North Central Kansas Tech.

Tammy Lockhart

Human Resource Director
Tammy joined Salina Presbyterian Manor in February 2022. Her previous HR experience began in 2006 as an HR Generalist in Decatur, Tennessee and over the years was promoted to HR Manager. Tammy received her Associates of Applied Science in Business Management in 2017. She continued her education in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resource Management until her move back to Kansas in July of 2020.

Shanna King

Administrative Services Director
Shanna joined Presbyterian Manor in January 2004. Her previous positions include accounts payable team leader for a leading manufacturer, accounting clerk at a local grain company, and performing accounting and clerical services for an insurance agency. Shanna is a past city councilwoman and a current member of VFS Auxiliary.

Lacey Buhrle

Life Enrichment Director
Lacey joined Presbyterian Manor in December 2018 as an activity assistant in memory care and became life enrichment director in September 2019. Lacey previously worked as a home health assistant for Comfort Keepers and as a shift manager at Rib Crib. She is a certified nurse assistant and is working on her activity director certification.

Anthony DeLaurentis

Environmental Services Director
Anthony joined the Presbyterian Manor team in November 2018 as environmental services director. He previously worked as environmental services director at a rehabilitation center for 10 years. Anthony is a custom cabinet maker. He worked for a cabinet company in New York for 11 years before owning and operating his own cabinet company for 13 years. He entered the health care field in 1996 as a maintenance supervisor. Anthony is a graduate of William E. Grady Vo-Tech High School in Brighton Beach, N.Y., and has a two-year degree in carpentry and cabinet making. He recently passed certification as a home inspector.

Mary Bridges

Mary joined Salina Presbyterian Manor in September 2011. She received her Clinical Pastoral Education through Wesley Medical Center in Wichita and Salina Regional Health Center. She is certified as a Parish Ministry Associate by Central States Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and as a Social Services Designee and Activities Director by We Care. In addition to her work at Salina Presbyterian Manor, Mary serves as long-term pulpit supply at Peace Lutheran Church in New Cambria and as a call process minister for the Central States Synod. Her previous positions include interim pastor and staff associate at Messiah Lutheran Church, Lindsborg, Kansas and managing her own business as a medical transcriptionist. She is a member of the Kansas Association of Chaplains, a past church-wide board member of the Women of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and past president of the Central States Synodical Women of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America.
